We are a weight loss support group for individuals needing to lose weight or to help those in the struggle to keep it off. Besides offering a support network, we share knowledge on exercise and nutrition that each of us has learned through our weight loss journey. This weight loss meetup is open to anyone who wants to meetup to give and receive support for losing weight. There will be opportunities to walk and do other entry-level exercises together in addition to our support group meetings.
