The purpose of this group is to support others looking for ways that work when trying to lose weight and improve their overall health. Everyone interested in weight loss and overall health. Losing weight is important to me for a number of reasons, so I wanted to start this group to help others and for support throughout the journey.
Have you struggled for years to lose weight? Are you sick and tired of feeling tired throughout your day? Are you interested in learning more about using your diet to feel better and improve your overall health? … Although this class comes with the perks of, well, burning around 800 calories an hour, and making you feel and look physically fantastic, I have found than even more than weight loss, students have gained more self confidence and are much happier when having zumba in their lives. Beware!!! This workout is addictive... so be prepared to have withdrawals when you can't make it to class.
